Could you please a reason behind the eat more and eat less list? Like for example if it causes gas, reduces your supply, has keep your supply, etc.

I eat everything on the eat less list exept caffeine alcohol and drugs of course lol….. My milk supply is great…. I think the best way to keep babys belly happy and thus is the most useful advice i have ever been given a lactation councilor at the hospital just said eat what yu at while pregnant. every women its different trial and error i guess.
why eat less pineapples, mangos I ask because I love smoothies and those are two of my favorite ingredients
