Attune Foods so generously sent me a box brimming with three varieties of cereal: Uncle Sam (rolled wheat), Erewhon Corn Flakes, and Erewhon Crispy Brown Rice. I was so excited to create a few unique recipes using the dry cereals as coating for fish, or as a crust for a delectable dessert, but we never made it that far.
