To really give the cookbook an appropriate test, I handed it to our resident grillmaster: the Hubs. He allowed me an evening of relaxation while he chose a menu for dinner and executed it to perfection. The recipes were easy to follow, he said, and the color photos made it simple to envision how the meal should appear.
