Chocolate Almond Fudge Snack Bites ~dairy-free~gluten-free~vegan~

Four ingredients make this a fast and easy healthy snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz dates pitted
  • 1 1/2 c. raw almonds
  • 1 T vanilla
  • 1/4 c. cocoa powder or more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture begins to hold together. (It may appear crumb-like, but trying pressing between your fingers. If it is sticky and clay-like, you're ready to roll!)
  • Roll mixture into 1" balls or press into a square pan. Refrigerate until stiff. Cut into squares.

Notes

You can substitute walnuts for the almonds.
