heaping Tablespoons plain yogurt
water to thin
Instructions
Place ingredients in the blender in this order: berries, dates, oats, yogurt. Fill with water (or almond milk) to cover berries. Blend on high.
Notes
Adjust oats more or less depending on whether you want more berry flavor or more "crust" flavor.
