How to Get Your Kids to Eat Their Vegetables
- 1 large carrot chopped into chunks
- 1 heaping handful of kale
- 2 bananas
- water
Place ingredients in the blender in this order, bottom to top: carrots, kale, bananas.
Add water to fill, covering the kale.
Blend at high speed.
Serve.
