Ingredients
  

  • 1 large carrot chopped into chunks
  • 1 heaping handful of kale
  • 2 bananas
  • water

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in the blender in this order, bottom to top: carrots, kale, bananas.
  • Add water to fill, covering the kale.
  • Blend at high speed.
  • Serve.
