How to Get Your Kids to Eat Their Vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large carrot chopped into chunks
  • 1 heaping handful of kale
  • 2 bananas
  • water

Method
 

  1. Place ingredients in the blender in this order, bottom to top: carrots, kale, bananas.
  2. Add water to fill, covering the kale.
  3. Blend at high speed.
  4. Serve.
