Lemony Iced Tea with Whey

Spiced tea made with lemon and yogurt whey creates a refreshing summertime (or anytime!) beverage with little sugar and added health benefits.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz brewed and cooled chai rooibos tea
  • 1 oz yogurt whey
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Be sure that tea is cooled so as not to destroy the beneficial cultures of the whey.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a glass. Enjoy!
