chai rooibos tea

yogurt whey
juice of 1/2 lemon
1-2
Tablespoons
maple syrup
handful of ice
Method
Be sure that tea is cooled so as not to destroy the beneficial cultures of the whey.
Combine all ingredients in a glass. Enjoy!
