Purple Berry Pie Smoothie

Juicy berry flavor pairs with an oatmeal "crust"

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 c. rolled oats
  • 3-4 dates pitted
  • 2 heaping Tablespoons plain yogurt
  • water to thin

Method
 

  1. Place ingredients in the blender in this order: berries, dates, oats, yogurt. Fill with water (or almond milk) to cover berries. Blend on high.

Notes

Adjust oats more or less depending on whether you want more berry flavor or more "crust" flavor.
