- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare the naan. Spoon ¼ cup of pesto onto each bread and spread evenly.
- Top pesto with Old El Paso green chiles and cheese slices.
- Heat butter or oil over medium heat in a medium saucepan. Once butter is melted, add shrimp, red chile powder, and oregano.
- Cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, until pink and firm. If you are using cooked shrimp, cook until heated through.
- While the shrimp is cooking, place prepared naan breads directly on the oven rack for 4-8 minutes. Length of time will depend upon the type of bread. Cook until cheese is melted and bread is crisp on the bottom.
- Remove naan from the oven and place on serving plate.
- Top with cooked shrimp and extra green chiles.
