Method
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture begins to hold together. (It may appear crumb-like, but trying pressing between your fingers. If it is sticky and clay-like, you're ready to roll!)
- Roll mixture into 1" balls or press into a square pan. Refrigerate until stiff. Cut into squares.
Notes
You can substitute walnuts for the almonds.
