Below are 50 After-School Snack Ideas separated by fruits/veggies, grains, and proteins. Take your pick! Combine one or more from each column to make a hearty, well-balanced snack or a complete lunch.

    Great list! I try to have the healthy options on the counter (zero barrier) so they reach for it. On very hot days, I blend frozen raspberries with milk / almond milk to make a quick, no-sugar sorbet.

    I really like all of your above snacks idea. Because as a mother it’s really difficult for me to choose perfect snacks for my kids.I confuse about which snacks are healthy for my kids.
